Description
The OP-506 Global is a six-product on-premise laundry dispenser built for smaller laundries running machines up to 80 kg (175 lb) wash load. It gives a small operation the same level of control a large commercial plant expects — up to 30 wash formulas, multiple product volumes per formula, and accurate peristaltic dosing of every chemical in the wash.
Servicing is straightforward: the front panel folds down and the circuit board lid folds up for access. Programming is password protected, with drain, signal, relay and soil modes, plus a Quick Soil Select for heavy, medium or light loads. Chemical usage and operator activity can be reported remotely through Knight Reporter and exported for review.
